Rulings
Unlike many sigature spells for Animals, this spell does not requires to Exile your animal.
You may activate this spell when your Crow doesn't lock any Mana, but nothing happens.
Note that the damage will be applied as a series of 1 Damage. Thus if you release 3 Mana from your Crow, you'll deal 1 damage, then 1 damage, then 1 damage again.
