Treat this spell as if it had “Drop” in its name at all times (as if it were called “Mist breath drop”).
If you have 3 cards or more in your discard pile, you cannot select fewer than 3 cards to return to your deck.
If you have fewer than 3 cards in your discard pile, you can still activate the spell and the effect still triggers. You must then return all of the cards in your discard pile to your deck.
