Rulings
Once per turn when you activate or prepare a spell you can count this as 2 Drop components. This can, for example, deal extra damage with "Great waters".
The effect of this spell resets at the start of every turn right before the Draw phase.
If you already used the effect this turn and become a Mage Noir later in the turn, it becomes 2 Drops again.
Your opponent may count this as 2 Drop components also. If they do so before you then you cannot do it again for the rest of the turn. (Unless you're a Mage Noir of course).
