For the interaction between the Ermine's second ability and this card, the Ermine being more specific (as it applies on a single Mana exchange), the ability of the Ermine still allows to exchange at a rate of 1 for 1, but any other exchange this turn will have to be applied with a rate of 3 for 1.

Concerning the interaction between this card and "Favorable Winds". Both effects simultaneously change the Mana trade ratio. Since these two effects are considered to apply at the same time, it is the player whose turn it is that chooses which one takes priority.

Concerning the interaction between this card and "Ritual of Mélange". Even though the Ritual of Mélange mentions a "Mana exchange", it is implied that Electric Punch only affects exchanges with the Available Ether.
