Summary
Main objective: exile your Stars to store damage and activate one or more Constellation.
Main problem: offensive decks (fire, vegetal…), probably.
The gameplay of this deck is to constantly send Stars to the discard pile in order to exile them with Tardigrade; additionally, you can exile Stars directly if you use copies of Constellation during the game (instead of waiting
to make a single final strike).
About 80% of the spells in the deck allow you to interact with the discard pile, offering a lot of versatility for cycling Stars quickly.
Plays
Prioritize discarding or phasing out Faraway Star to channel it instead.
That gives Constellation the necessary component.
- Brilliant Inspiration: discard Faraway Star from your hand.
- Glimpse of the Future: phase out Faraway Star.
- Knowledge Ritual: discard a Faraway Star.
- Leap in Time: phase out Faraway Star and distribute some arcane mana.
Exile a Supergiant Star preparing it and activating Constellation.
Useful if you can’t discard it easily (bad cycling).
Don’t prepare Dimensional Deletion if you’re not going to use it.
Since it doesn’t has Quickcast, play it from your hand -in your turn- for a nice surprise!
Use Radiant Light to move cards to use with Leap in Time.
You can use it to distribute arcane mana, or even move a Star from your deck, then your discard pile, and then your exile.
